CHARTER OPERATIONS - GUARANTEE OF OPERABILITY
In full aircraft operations with exclusive departures, the minimum number of participants to operate is 120 passengers. If this minimum is not met, IHRE URLAUB SLLC reserves the right to cancel with a minimum of 20 days of notice to passengers, complying with current legislation and the Combined Travel Law of the European Union, not being entitled by the customer to any claim, except to reimbursement of the amounts that he may have delivered on account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind appearing on the Site are the property of IHRE URLAUB SLLC or, where applicable, third parties who have authorized their use, without it being understood that the use or access to the Portal and/or the Contents gives the User any right over the aforementioned marks, commercial names and/or distinctive signs, and without being understood to be assigned to the User, any of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over such content. And it does not understand its use assigned or authorized, in any case, to the users of the Site unless such rights are obtained in writing from the legitimate owner thereof.

CANCELLATION FEES
FLIGHTS
Flights are not refundable and not changeable unless is purchased the insurance ¨Ihre Urlaub Cover¨. Ihre Urlaub cover allows you to change the date of travel 1 time per booking free of charge. Ihre Urlaub Cover must be purchased during the reservation and it has a fee of 15,00€ per person and flight.
HOLIDAY PACKAGE
Holiday package it’s understood as a booking combined by Flight + Hotel.
Holiday packages applies the same cancellation fee for all destinations. Find bellow:
• From day 1 until 30 days before departure, fee of 200,00€ per person.
• From day 30 before departure until day 15 before departure, fee of 300,00€ per person + 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From day 15 before departure until day of departure, fee of 100% will be applied.
• From day 30 before departure until day 15 before departure, fee of 300,00€ per person + 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From day 15 before departure until day of departure, fee of 100% will be applied.
*Free cancellation until 15 days before departure can be applied only ¨Ihre Urlaub Cover Plus¨ is purchased during the reservation. Ihre Urlaub Cover Plus has a fee of 50,00€ per person.
